My career has been built on the importance of market knowledge and client focus in sealing long term relationships.  More than a quarter century in the wealth management and private equity business taught me the value of due diligence and how to negotiate the right terms for all parties.  Advising individual and corporate clients also taught me about the emotional aspects of investing and becoming a homeowner taught me how that especially applies to real estate. 

Growing up on the western Long Island Sound gave me deep roots in the area and an understanding of how it has evolved over the decades.  The water has gotten cleaner and the real estate values have boomed.  As New York City becomes even more international, the rising tide continues to lift all the surrounding boats.  An unprecedented amount of investment capital is currently finding its way to The Bronx as it becomes Brooklynized. The Bronx has dozens of low property tax communities, ranging from historic city neighborhoods to the luxury of waterfront living, only a MetroCard swipe away from the cultural center of the universe.  For those averse to the hustle and bustle of New York City, Westchester County offers a wide assortment of cities and towns in which to live, work and play, all close to home.  Communities like Pelham and New Rochelle offer grand homes with commutes under an hour.  Cities like Mount Vernon and Yonkers provide a wide array of commercial assets.

My Wall Street career also taught me to affiliate with a reputable firm whose resources and integrity form the foundation for lasting relationships.  Our relationship won’t last as long as Houlihan Lawrence’s 135 year history, but I hope to extend it beyond closing for as long as you have an interest in real estate.  Whatever your interests may be, I look forward to serving you.
